We process personal data only in the following cases:

The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers requiring prior consent. Audience measurement relies on cookieless tools (Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights), which are exempt from consent under CNIL guidelines as they do not enable cross-site tracking or visitor identification.

Data is never sold. It may be shared with the following processors, strictly within the scope required for their mission:

• Vercel Inc. (United States) : hosting and cookieless analytics. Transfers covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Supabase (EU region) : storage of messages received via the contact form.
